So Grateful
I saw Samuel Mann, ARNP at Optum urgent care at Polyclinic. When he walked into the room I was not very happy after experiencing back pain for three weeks with a treatment plan that wasn’t working and no idea what to do next. I was certain I needed an MRI to diagnose what was wrong. After patiently listening to me whine about the medical system, he asked a few questions and got us back on track discussing the problem. By the end of the visit I felt like I had a detailed care plan that I understood. Most importantly, I felt CARED for. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Mann during such a challenging time.

Would highly recommend
I recently saw Samuel Mann, ARNP for my condition at the Polyclinic Northgate. I've been struggling . Samuel Mann, ARNP was incredibly knowledgeable about my condition and took the time to explain my treatment options in detail. He was patient, empathetic, and always willing to answer my questions. Thanks to Samuel Mann, ARNP's expertise and care, I am finally starting to feel better. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a physician who truly cares about their patients.

Very Kind and Thorough
I saw Dr. Mann at Polyclinic Northgate Urgent Care for migraine and nausea. He was very kind and concerned. He really wanted me to get relief as soon as possible and checked up on me several times as I recovered in the exam room.
