Mr. Meyers had very poor bedside manner. He initially asked and had Xray performed. Upon evaluation of X-rays he saw no issues. He told me to go purchase an equivalent of icy-hot, take some anti- inflammatories and do stretches. I knew in my heart, something was wrong. However, when I asked for further imagine such as an MRI, that is when I was ridiculed and embarrassed. He instantly disregarded my request for further imaging because he "sees 20 shoulders a day and nothings wrong with your shoulder" he then left the exam room talking loudly to the surrounding nurses about how I didn't know what I was talking about. "But fine, lets let her have the MRI if she wants to pay for it. And while we're at it, we can just refer her to Dr. ***** and let him deal with her." Since leaving his office in tears, I have tried my best not be rescheduled with him. I've driven further distances to find kinder medical professionals. It should be noted, that the MRI showed a rotator cuff tear.
