I have been seeing Samuel Palmer at St Vincent’s Primary Care for a few years. I disagree with many of the poor reviews this office has received. I have always felt that everyone...front desk staff, nurses and physicians have always been diligent in assisting me. Sam takes his time to listen and requests tests/labs and provides referrals if needed. Samuel Palmer always makes me feel that he is genuinely concerned in providing me with the best and appropriate care for any of my ailments. Office staff has called me promptly to provide test results or set appts to get the results. I am very happy with Samuel Palmer and St Vincent’s Primary care in Mandarin.
