This was my third visit to the office. On every visit there is a problem. These problems have ranged from having an insurance claim filed despite being told NOT to file one to employees rushing me through the exam without listening to my concerns. Today, the doctor himself treated me poorly, basically telling me that because other patients don't have a problem with a particular treatment, that I shouldn't either. I am an informed consumer and do not appreciate being talked down to.
