My mother was seen for back pain. Never ordered labs, no urine analysis, and her blood pressure was low, but yet He prescribed her sedatives. Wth?? He diagnosed her with muscle spasms and referred her to physical therapy. Very rude and condescending and didn't listen to what we were saying or asking. Not even 24 hours later my mother was back in the hospital, dying from septic shock because he failed to evaluate, assess and diagnose.

I was traveling out of state when I fell and needed immediate medical treatment. San Shields treated me with respect and provided me with a step-by-step explanation of my treatment. Further, he presented himself as professionally as I have ever encountered during my experience with medical personnel. He took time to answer my questions as well as asking questions regarding my own medical history (immunizations, etc.) Considering that I met him literally by accident, I consider myself blessed

Cold and uncaring, unable to diagnose a migraine, sent me to an expensive specialist instead. He never seemed to hear a word I said, and when he could not come up with a diagnosis he bullied me, demanding I give him something better to go on and acted as if I was drug seeking even after I said no to the offers of medication. I told the nurse and him that I had a headache and as I was discharged that seemed to surprise him. Absolutely terrible.
