Saved my life!
I first met with Sandra because i had a life changing self discovery. I counseled with her for several years and found her a warm, accepting person - easy to talk to, nonjudgemental, and helpful with questions and suggestions. I looked forward to our sessions. I stopped only because, with her help, i learned how to accept myself in new ways and no longer needed the weekly or monthly meetings. I would go back to her in a heartbeat if i felt the need.

I met Sandy a few weeks after losing my son. My goal was to learn to live a life without my first born and to navigate the overwhelming waves of grief that came with it. Sandy has and continues to exceed my expectations in every way. She is non judgmental, empathetic and honest, she asks the right questions and challenges me when necessary. Sandy really gets me, sometimes I feel like she can read my mind. She is part of my soul, a beautiful person inside and out. She helped me dig deep into my past to understand so many pieces of the puzzle of my life, to see things as they are, not as I thought they were. I learned to love myself, not to judge myself and to be kind to myself like I am to others. I have made so many positive changes to better my life. I can't say enough about Sandy, she is a gift to her profession and to anyone lucky enough to call her their therapist. I recommend her to anyone who is ready to put the work into feeling better & being the best person they can be.

It took me a while to get comfortable with the idea of therapy and telling someone my private thoughts but she always seems to understand and never makes me feel stupid or embarrassed for something I feel. I've changed a lot since starting therapy and I feel I got lucky by finding her.

I had the privilege of meeting Sandy over a year ago after many months of grappling with the idea of attending therapy. Feeling vulnerable, nervous, and unsure of the counseling process, Sandy immediately put me at ease with her warm, compassionate and calming nature. She is kind, knowledgeable and intuitive to my particular needs. She truly possesses a great gift in her profession. I am thankful and blessed have had someone like Sandy to assist me in some of my difficult most difficult times.
