Sandra Homan, NP

Sandra was helping to cover for another provider who was out on Maternity leave. I was in for a medication follow up. While she was listening to heart, noticed something on my arm and asked how long it had been present. I did state that it had been there a longtime but none of my other providers seemed worried. She insisted on a biopsy which came back as Melanoma. I thank God everyday that this woman was there to cover for my regular PCP or who knows if I would still be alive!

Sandra sat down with me and spent explaining my medical issue. She patient with both myself and husband as we were worried. I’ve never had anyone seem like they cared so much to take such time to help me understand.

She would not give me an antibiotic for my ear infection and reccomended I order Garlic ear drops off of amazon. I went to my primary and I had a bad infection behind my ear drum. She was no help at all

My husband went in with a cyst on his tailbone. He has had this in the past, we knew it needed to be drained to relieve the pain he was in. It was to the point he could barely sit or lay down and couldn't sleep because of the pain he was in. We went to the walk in clinic, Sandra insisted there was no fluid in there and said she would "give it a try"(to drain it). She barely numbed the area and cut into the area she thought it may be, she couldn't get anything to come out so she sent us home

I am very happy with Sandra, she is courteous, thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. She has excellent communication skills with her patient and I would be happy to recommend her to family or friend.
