Sandra is by FAR the best caregiver I have ever had. She leaves nothing unattended. She has impressive medical knowledge and skills, having been an instructor for other clinicians and amassing a long career in the private sector. Sandra has the patience and kindness to direct me where I need to go. Because of her, I am a markedly healthier. I'm truly lucky to have found her. And I dread the day she decides she wants to hang it up. I know I wont get this kind of care anywhere else.

Good listener
I have never had a bad experience with Sandy McCoy she is the best at trying to understand what is best for you to succeed. She does not have a cookie cutter understanding. What works for one person does not always work for the other. She goes out of her way to meet you were you are in your journey. I like that. I like her, I think you will too.

Sandra Mccoy's Primary care office is unbelievably unprofessional and rude! I had a visit with NP Mccoy this week for a cold and she prescribed me three prescriptions that were to be sent to my pharmacy. Only two made it to the pharmacy for me to pick up. Unbeknownst to the pharmacist or myself as to why, they simply told me they did not see any other prescriptions in the computer. SO the next morning I called the office to tell them I was not able to pick up the third script. The front office lady Nancy I spoke to seemed fine with me asking and just told me they sent it but it did not go through apparently. I had no idea what was about to happen next. Nancy apparently told Sandy Mccoy, the NP who saw me the day before, that I was "short" with her on the phone about the prescription not being at the pharmacy. I received a call back from NP Mccoy later that afternoon telling me the prescription she sent was not carried at any Walmart pharmacies and that's why it did not go through. She

I have never had to wait more than 5-10m for an appointment. She answers all of my questions in detail. And the office staff is friendly, personable and engaging. I am moving my parents to Dallas to live with me, I wish Dr. Sandy could be their PCP.

She's great but the office failed to mention that they were out of network. Told us that we would never get a bill from them. That was true. But then we got a call from collections asking for $850.00.
