I had only 2 appts with her and she was very unprofessional towards me. They hadn't even determined or failed to inform me if my Medicare covered ny visits. She did an initial visit right away and it was the basic questions to start. 2nd visit the EMDR was used, it seemed way too soon. A later call to me they were angry about insurance and I was accused of lying to assistant. Shf even mailed me letter to my house accused me of triangulating?? I quit, bills sent to Medicare & it paid, but they didn't take assignment.

Sandi understands where my experiences are and how they have affected my mental health as a woman veteran. She has helped me to release much of my negativity and put me on a path to a healthier me. She is also working with me on weight loss issues and self esteem.

My experience with Sandy is that she brings a bluntness and straightforward honesty in a way that makes you feel seen and helps you look at yourself honestly. I have really been appreciative of her strategies and support that she has provided me. She is also really available which I personally appreciate because it is hard to go during regular working hours. I recommend her to everyone especially if you are looking for someone who is going to be real with you.

Let me first begin and say Sandra is AMAZING. She helped me get through the darkest time in my life and I really don't know where I'd be without her. If you're looking for someone who is straight up, honest, and doesn't sugar coat things, then she is it! I am a lot like this and I appreciated this approach so much. I have nothing but good things to say about her. She got me through that part of my life and she would be the first person I would call to help me out again. I recommend her 100%
