My appointment with Dr. Skipper was on time. She took a lot of time with me and carefully explained my hearing loss and options. She allowed me to ask all the questions I needed and then made sure I understood.
I did not give her 5 stars because it felt a little like a sales pitch. She told me she was not high pressure and she did not push me. I went home to consider my options and scheduled a follow up after I got a time to review my options.

Contrary to one other review, We have always found Sandra Skipper to be professional, courteous and attentive to our needs. Scheduling appointments is a breeze and we are rarely kept waiting. She gives a thorough examination and offers many alternatives if ones hearing is impaired.

Sandra is rude and impatient. I have noticed on several occasions she does not have a receptionist which makes it almost impossible to know when her office is open (she is very erratic). I have had to leave several voice mails and notes on the doors when I go by there for supplies and no one is there. She very rarely returns voice mail call.
