Dr. Sandy Wong-Tran, OD

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Tran, and I'm really glad I got to see her. I was panicking and worried they might cancel my veteran exam since I was late due to traffic, and I also get nervous seeing doctors. Fortunately, the office called me back right away and assured me it was fine.When I arrived, Dr. Tran greeted me warmly. Throughout the exam, she was friendly, patient, and a great listener, asking thoughtful questions about my disability. I was really impressed that she was already aware of the treatments and procedures I had for my diabetes. I was able to say everything I wanted to, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. She asked relevant follow-up questions and even informed me of what was missing from my records so I could gather the proper documents to be rated correctly.After dilation, she asked if I had any last comments or concerns for my claim and gave me sunglasses. The exam process was smooth, and her calm demeanor really put me at ease.

Do not waste your time coming to this fake eye doctor. She will diagnose you with whatever she wants even though your conditions are already on record. She is useless to the VA. She is not an ophthalmologist so she should not be seeing people that have eye disease. I might as well went to Walmart. Thank for supporting Veterans!!
