I sought out therapy for just a few months after going through a very difficult time. I went into my first session untrusting of therapists after my previous therapist had tried to fraud my insurance company. Sania not only reassured me of her trust and responsibility to me but did so respectfully as a professional. Her approach to therapy is very effective, she is a great listener and will even give you concepts and reading assignments to reflect on at home. In contrast to what I was used to, she encourages you dig deep and pull the answers out of you by yourself rather than outright tell you what to and what not to do. She's very personable and intelligent; being able to relate to cultural issues as well which is a big plus. The therapy is reasonably priced as well. My sessions have ended but I highly recommend her, she is very good at what she does. I'm a different man after only a few sessions. Thank you Sania.
