I went to physical therapy for severe shoulder pain fully expecting to end up with surgery after giving it a try. I am still shocked that no surgery was needed! Sara slowly worked through the pain points in my shoulder to get to the core of my issues. I am now back to my pre-pain workouts and activities. I am now a believer in dry needling along with the stretching and strength exercises she gave me. I went to Sara because she worked with my daughter and her head injury. My daughter had tried many therapies and it was Sara's process that healed Emme and enabled her to go back to school and get on with her life.

Dr. Etheredge was absolutely amazing as my PT! She went above and beyond to give me the care I needed, patiently answering all of my questions and working with me to ensure the treatments and exercises were having their maximum effect. She was instrumental in my recovery and I am beyond grateful for all of her knowledge and hard work.
