I am always very pleased with my appointments with Sara. She listens to my concerns and suggests a variety of treatment options. She is an upbeat and encouraging person, so she is very easy to talk to. I am usually a little intimidated by the other doctors.

Sara was very thorough in her examination of me, my ham string, and my back. She had me demonstrate various leg and back positions and walk in various ways to examine me. She studied what positions caused pain. She gave me 3 different therapies (massage therapy, physical therapy and acupuncture therapy) to use with my ham string problem. She also gave detailed instructions on strengthening and stretching exercises for the physical therapist to use. She ran off a Mayo Clinic exercise for me to use at home with a foam roller.

Sara was an excellent resource of information and help.

I found her to be kind, extremely smart and articulate when evaluating my situation, explaining what she was looking at in my MRI / X-Ray results, and well-prepared in recommending how to proceed. My appointment was unrushed - I felt very well taken care of and walked out with the confidence that Sara will help me get back to feeling great again.
