Staff was great BUT experience with Sara was poor - Not only did she not give any valid actionable suggestions or have answers to my questions, she didn't seem like she heard or processed what I shared - Furthermore, she seemed nervous, the last thing i'd want from a doctor testing me when I as the patient was nervous. She prescribed a medication that also didnt make sense

TERRIBLE CARE, I came in with ankle pain and she told me I should get x-rays, after I did that she took over a week to get back to me with the results and gave ZERO recommendations about how I should move forward. Finally over a week later I had to call OneMedical (the secretaries there are lovely and super helpful though) and ask for a referral to a podiatrist. She obviously DOESN'T CARE about her patients
