The rudest and strangest person who I have ever encountered in a medical office. She did not listen to anything I said. She kept repeating herself as I asked questions. She did not seem to know anything about the simple procedure I was there for (have a sebaceous cyst removed from my scalp-- I get them all the time & have had them removed about 8 times before). She seemed to be trying to bully me into going along with something that would be way more expensive than needed, in a very rude way.

Sara is awesome. She is the only person I know that can make me laugh during a medical procedure! She is always extremely nice. And never thinks mydumb questions are dumb.
