Sara is inciteful, professional and very responsive. She is easy to get in touch with Randy returns all calls or emails in a timely manner. She has a very nice, private office which immediately makes you feel comfortable. Sara has helped with anxiety and depression. As well as related low self-esteem issues. She provided many tools for stress management and anxiety mgmt as well as providing numerous suggestions that have helped immensely.
