My impression was that this provider is already overworked. I found her impatient with my requests for more detailed information and conclusions of current research and usually unprepared to answer questions about relative benefits of her physician's proposed therapies. She responded defensively and was dismissive of me in general. I believe she may improve as she gains knowledge and experience, but she could improve immediately by becoming more empathetic.
