Excellent help with teaching mindfulness to heal from and manage trauma and PTSD. Good at delving into complexities and providing a space that is conducive to finding meaning and being fully non-judgmental. Highly compatible with a non-religious world-view.

Great Therapist
Been seeing Sarah for about a year and she has helped me deal with a lot of major changes going on in my life. She listens and comforts you but also pushes you to grow and self-reflect. She gives me homework/book reading assignments from time to time and applies topics in the book to what we discuss in the sessions. She is LGBTQIA+ friendly and does Telehealth.
