Sarah Dickson is an excellent nurse practitioner, she shows compassion by listening and comes up with a solution when I have been concerned with problems and illnesses

Ms. Dickson has been the best medical provider I have ever met. I don’t understand the other reviews. I don’t typically review medical professionals since I think only angry people do this. But I thought this needed to be balanced out. She’s wonderful. She knows her stuff. She is honest, non-judgmental, and kind. Anyone would be lucky to have her as a medical provider.

Easy to talk to, caring. She went above and beyond to explain in detail how to treat my symptoms. I felt that she listened to me.

Ms. Dickson was very thorough and caring and helped me when I could not get in to see my regular PCP.

I'm surprised Sarah is still employed and allowed to see patients. She has no bedside manners. I had been in an extreme amount of pain in my lower neck cervical area, so I went in to get an order for an MRI. She told me I didn't need one and that it would be irresponsible of her to order something unnecessary. I asked her how she knows it's unnecessary if we can't get a closer look or scan. She said she wasn't an expert in that area, but I should take extra strength medicine. She got very defensive and walked out on me as I was in the middle of asking her follow-up questions.

Ms. Dickson was very thorough and answered all of my questions.

Awful. I went to see this "health professional" at Northwestern Medical. EXTREMELY rude. STAY AWAY

I had a cough that wouldn't go away for many weeks so I went to see NW internal medicine and was unfortunately assigned to her. She immediately jumped into conclusions that I had allergies despite the fact that I had no other allergic symptoms and the fact that the potential trigger came after the coughing had started. She ignored all other pieces of information that I offered her and was overall extremely rude and condescending. Avoid at all cost.

I had the misfortune of being seen by Sarah Dickson for treatment today. I came in with a horrible cough, body aches, & sinus infection that had been ongoing for 8 days & progressively getting worse. I assumed I had bronchitis but I wanted to ensure that I didn’t have pneumonia as my mom had just recovered from it. I must say, I’ve never encountered a more rude, abrupt, snarky, condescending medical professional in my life. Sarah should not be providing care to anyone without higher supervision.
