This office is about making money and not caring for their patients. They have denied my husband basic diabetic supplies that people need to survive i.e insulin, strips, infusion sets for his pump, and needles. They refuse to sign off on prescriptions, our pharmacy has had to call repeatedly and then we receive a message saying denied. This is how people with diabetes die, because they ration insulin and supplies because of staff like you. Their reply is always make an appointment, if you don't have isn't always an option to pay out of pocket but again you all put profit over patients lives. She also lowered my husband's testing strip amount the second time seeing her, it's been the same amount since he was diagnosed as a teenager. She took 50strips away a month leaving him less than enough to adequately test his sugar.

Type One Diabetes, 3 month check up. Sarah was fast and to the point for the appointment, downfall is that this was my first time meeting her and she was not personable at all. She did not ask about my personal life (which has a LOT to do with how I care for my chronic condition) and acted as if she did not care to be at work. I also work in health care so I understand tough and long days, but I think communication and personality can go a long way.
