I have no problem with Dr. Franky. I found her to be nice and helpful and competent. However, I turned in my hearing aids before the penalty date of paying more than 10%. I paid $600 of a $6000 set, plus the next $120 that I was billed because she suggested I go ahea d and pay it and then would be refunded. I have had numerous calls with HealthiPlan to refund the $120.00 I paid extra. I have had numerous calls with the person who answers at the Hearing Center, and I am now told by HealthiPlan that I am not due for my refund. When I turned in my hearing aids, Dr. Franky said the business would be taken care of by their personnel. This has not happened. In fact now they will not return my calls. I am thinking of reporting Hearing Center to the Better Business Bureau. This is extremely frustrating. I am desperate to be treated fairly.
