I waited over 2 hours. I also overheard the front desk ladies noting how Mrs. Gold usually runs an hour behind, but unfortunately to my experience, over 2 hours behind. I would not recommend this type of staffing to anyone. I was not given a notice at all about how late I would be seen and an option to reschedule until I brought it up to their attention. I would have rescheduled in advanced if I would've been told the wait time. This is a great comportment issue to the clinic and the provider. Overall, main concern was the wait time. However, despite the comportment concern, provider was very knowledgeable and provided great client education. Provider excels in her nursing practice competence. If waiting is not a concern, would recommend this healthcare provider.
