The clinic, as most BSW clinics are, was efficient, fast and communicative. After the time I arrived and completed check in, did not have me sitting awaiting going back to the exam room more than about 6 or 7 minutes before I was being examined by Sarah Hamilton! She is a rock star! Confident, knowledgeable, an amazing listener, and clearly explained about my knee Issues (something I was really nervous about and did not understand what could be wrong)! I understood the matter and she outlined options and any good or challenges to face. We discussed it together and agreed to a plan (I felt a part of the treatment plan because of the discussions). She administered a steroid injection and I was on my way home in less than an hour after arrival! Awesome service!!!

A very thoughtful exam and recommendation for theraphy to releave my bersitis that still lingered after my steroid shot last month.

Excellent! It was an emergency for me having injured my left knee while strolling through the Dubai / Abu Dhabi art gallery. I was so grateful to be able to get an appointment with a doctor/surgeon especially one on my PCP's organization. She was particularly gentle while examining the injured knee and thankfully concluded that no other medical attention was needed other than to keep it wrapped in my ACE bandage.

Explained EVERYTHING & presented locations on x-rays that were affected and what possibilities that might be explored. Hip and knee injections have been a blessing. Made a referral to address other concerns for future progress. These are to address my chronic pain. She listened & explained a possible path for improvement.
