Telehealth
Sarah is a gem. Shes helped me through a lot. She will give you the time and space to cry if thats what you need or she will give you a good laugh if thats what you need. She has changed my whole view on therapy.

Sarah is the best therapist I’ve ever had
Telehealth
I’ve been in therapy on and off for the last 18 years ish. I have childhood trauma and good ol anxiety and depression. I used to dread therapy in the past and now I look forward to it. Sarah makes it easy yet challenges me when I need it. Her sense of humor takes the edge off and she’s very down to earth unlike some of my past therapists. ((Thumbs up))

Highly Recommend
Sarah was referred to me by my physician and she came with a high recommendation. After working with her for nearly 6 months now, my life has changed for the better. Sarah makes therapy fun and very much like an informal conversation which took immense pressure off my shoulders. If you are in need of a therapist and if Sarah is accepting new clients, I highly recommend her.
