Helped me with my anxieties!
I came to Sarah newly pregnant, scared and anxious, after multiple miscarriages. She was so patient and caring, always answering my questions and supporting me when it felt like no other provider had even taken a moment to listen. She was knowledgeable, straightforward, and compassionate. When she was with me, Sarah made me feel like a person instead of just another appointment to get through. I am so grateful for her!

Sarah Changed My Labor and Delivery Experience!
Sarah is incredible and I recommend her to anyone I know that is pregnant! I came to Sarah when I was pregnant with my second child and she changed my labor and delivery experience! She cared about me and my wants and desires, while also giving me knowledgeable information and advice. She was so patient, listened to my questions, and made me feel so comfortable. She is one of a kind and truly the best of the best. I will forever be grateful to Sarah and how special she made my birthing experiences.

Great experiences!
Sarah is such a great midwife! She has been my provider for the past two pregnancies. She goes above and beyond to help me. She has addressed my concerns throughout pregnancy and after. In labor, she knew how to help ease my intense back pain and make sure my needs were met. It was clear that she cared for my health and the baby’s health.

Wonderful care all around! She is very knowledgeable and her experience shows through her care. She was great and very thorough all throughout the pregnancy. During the last trimester, she provided help with issues that no other doctors in all of my other pregnancies even tried to help with. She was so helpful, supportive, and engaging during labor and delivery. Sarah was truly exceptional in all areas, shes a star among the rest! She made everything so much better, I wish I would have had her before!

I came to Sarah after a recent move to the area. I told her all my concerns and she listened to every one of them. She decided to do a blood panel and run some tests and was quick and efficient getting back to me with my results and suggestions moving forward on how we should handle it, she wasn’t an alarmist doctor who piled side effects and concerns on me, she was very practical and willing to address every concern and question I had. She was on time, and allowed me to bring my other kids when my child care fell through last minute. Being in the military life it’s hard to find a doctor who cares, who listens, and makes you feel cared for.

Compassionate and Knowledgeable
Sarah is amazing, she takes time to talk to me at appointments. I genuinely feel cared for as a whole from physical to mental and emotional. She makes me feel calm and comfortable, as she addresses all of my needs, making things simple and understandable. I think she’s the best and that is why all of my family and friends see her for their care as well.

Last year I spoke to her about some ongoing issues and she never addressed them, ordered some tests but when they came back negative I never got a follow up? I wanted to give her one more chance this year but after addressing the same issues (that have worsened) i got very little feedback. Then, after the appointment. she shook my hand and told me it was a pleasure to meet me. I’ve been seeing her for 4 years… She also had a nurse practitioner provide the full exam on me- i was never asked if this was okay, she was introduced and it happened. Last, but not least. She never asked me if i felt safe in my relationship. This may seem minimal but I recently left a very physically abusive relationship. I have always been asked about this by my healthcare providers so you can imagine how disappointing this was.

4 minutes late - told I had to reschedule :-(
I had a 7:50 am appt. and arrived at 7:54am (school bus nightmare. The waiting room was empty - I'm sure I was one of the first patients. The front desk girl told me she would have to check to see if I could still be seen, as I was marked as a no-show. She said my appt, was at 7:45 (I had 7:50) Even so I was 9 minutes late (at the most). She asked Dr. Kurtz who said I would have to reschedule. Her time is no more valiuable than mine, so I tolde them I would find another gynocologist.

Best so far
She’s been the most helpful and caring dr so far. She checks in to make sure the meds are helping, she’s offered to book me a surgeon after years of me inquiring with other doctors about the surgery.
