Sarah is a kind-hearted, down-to-earth and wholeheartedly wonderful human being in addition to being a profoundly helpful mental health professional. When I first met Sarah I was suffering from feelings of hopelessness and depression, and felt stuck in a life I didn't want. I didn't know what was happening to me. Sarah taught me methods to deal with my more painful emotions. I am happier and feel more equipped to handle difficult situations whenever they arise in my life.
