She was very pleasant and very open about my health. No problem with questions and explains what she is doing. Almost on time for a late in the day appointment. No complaints there. A very positive visit and yes, a small skin biopsy was taken that hopefully is/was nothing. I highly recommend Sarah Porter.

I only saw a nurse to get some stitches removed. I did NOT see Sarah Porter. The appointment software got my name wrong and identified me as a new patient. I have been a patient at Advanced (formerly Capital) Dermatology for over 20 years.

She provided clear explanations to my questions.

Provider did not have time to see me. My appointment was at 8:30 a.m., at 8:45 a.m. there were still 2 patients ahead of me. I had other commitments and could not wait, which is why I scheduled the appointment at 8:30 a.m.

Sarah is very thorough in her skin cancer screening and very informative.

She listened to my concerns and addressed then. She also spotted a couple areas that she tested and treated that I hadn’t thought would be problems. She was thoughtful and very professional, as was her assistant.

Dr Sarah Porter is very professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. She explained my situation and other options for treatment in a direct way that I could understand. Throughout the entire visit, she asked if I had questions. I did and she took the time with me and answered them all. Very good in her profession. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Appointment was on time. Sarah Porter explained the procedure before and as she was doing it. Made sure all my concerns and questions were answered before she left the examination room. Her assistant was also helpful.

Office got me in same day I called for appt. and when I arrived took me right in time. Sarah was great. She told me exactly what to expect before she did it and was gentle and kind.

For my annual body check the entire staff was very professional, courteous and thorough. All through the visit I felt well cared, respected and very informed. Exceptional experience!

Sadly she was almost 30 minutes late for my appointment.

Some skin issues were on my list of things to see a doctor about, but I have some abdominal problems that will most likely require a fifth abdominal surgery later this fall. My plate is full. My primary care doctor, Jessica McAfee referred me to Advanced Dermatology, but I hadn’t called to make an appointment yet. On July 27 I got a phone call from you, reminding me to schedule an appointment and I did that day, getting in on July 28. She took four biopsies, and I have feelings of gratitude because I’m certain that waiting to be seen would have made things worse. I’m anxious waiting for the results, but so glad I got that call.
