Although Sarah was efficient in treating, I left her office confused about what condition I had, which meds to take, and how many times to take my meds. I also did not have a chance to discuss other areas of concern related to my skin issue - she did not take time to listen beyond my first concern or ask if I had questions. It would have also been helpful for Sarah to have introduced herself from the beginning as a PA. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Sarah to family or friends.
