,Dr. Simms seems sadly indifferent to his patients urgent audio problems. This doctor was extremely rude to my elderly parents. I must warn anyone thinking of going—AVOID this nightmare hearing aid experience my Dad had with Dr Simms. Unfortunately, Dr. Jeff who was an amazing audiologist has passed away & Dad was unaware of this new person servicing Dr. Jeff’s clients! My father who is profoundly deaf went without his defective hearing aids (that had been shipped off for two weeks) to have the determination they were defective.After the 2 week wait, Dad went to pick up his new hearing aids; this person Dr. Simms didn’t bother to check the devices & subsequently the new hearing aid was also defective. Now after over another week the new hearing aid arrived. We have found an excellent new audiologist who wlll be a caring & compassionate hearing specialist who is capable of doing the job to insure his patients hearing aid needs are met by a dependable professional.
