A friend noticed i was walking in pain and recommended Dr Sobel in 2017. I was walking in pain after seeing a physical therapist who damaged a hip joint. (I saw the pt for lower back pain from pregnancy years prior, but I could still walk back then!) I was in chronic pain after the pt and was gaining weight because i wasn't moving as much. Anyway, Dr Sobel explained what was happening with the "original" pain. He "broke down" the scar tissues in my back through massaging, apparently realigned my lower back, applied TENS and icing. I noticed a difference after two treatments but continued for another month and haven't had the lower back pain since! Unfortunately, he couldn't help my hip joint pain much, because I confirmed I had torn cartilage around the joint so I need surgery. I wished I never saw the pt. I wish I saw Dr Sobel first, then I wouldn't have pain walking all these years, perhaps I wouldn't have gained so much weight because I would've still bike and hike, zipline and skydive like before the pt. I recommend Sobel to everyone.
