Scott Tougas was my counselor at the Lafourche Parish Drug Court. Scott was extremely helpful for me, He not only showed compassion but also provided me with the tools I need to remain sober. Scott made it easy to trust him which made my participation in the program more beneficial. Scott was also fair in sanctioning clients; he would not just sanction you, he would sit and talk to you after group to see what was going on. Overall Scot was the best counsellor I have ever had.
