Dr. Sean Carr, OD

I was just there yesterday. They worked me in bc I had a problem. The front office staff was amazing working me in. The doctor called in a drop on Thursday and asked me to come in Friday. He did a thorough examination and gave me another drop. So very glad he is my eye doctor!

Dr. Carr's office called today and canceled my son's appointment for tomorrow. The office staff then put Dr. Carr on the phone, and he screamed at me, told me that I wrote him a bad review ( which I have no idea what he was talking about, and he refused to tell me about it), he screamed repeatedly and said: " I will not discuss this further." I asked for a refund for my son's glasses, and his reply was, " I will have my office staff call you and discuss whatever refund you feel you deserve." I said, "OK, but again, I don't know what review you're discussing." He replied, "I don't care and to seek another eye doctor. " At this time, this office owes me over $500 for a product I am not receiving, and they have not refunded nor given any indication that this company will be refunding me. Dr. Carr has an unprofessional manner in this case. Now, onto Coweta Eye Care, the office is connected through Dr. MacDonald. My son wasn't happy with the service in February with MacDonald when MacDonald snapped at my son because he couldn't tell the difference between the changes in lenses during the eye exam. MacDonald snapped and said, "Eric, if you're not going to try, I can't help you!!" He screamed at my son and almost had him in tears. We should have walked out, but we did not. It was late in the day, and I figured my son was his last appointment, so we pressed on. I don't recommend these docs for kids. The exam cost about $125, and the glasses I have yet to receive cost over $500. PLUS, Dr. Carr did not indicate if I would receive the paid glasses or any service for the changes to the glasses if they did not work out for my son. After posting this, I did locate a 4 STAR review 2 years ago which I left for this company, but I would not say it was disparaging by any means. A 4 Star Review doesn't warrant screaming at your customer and refusal of service. Especially for a product I have already paid for and not recieved. Professional companies would not treat their customers in this manner. They would do what they could to make it right. Due to this behavior, this is Not a company I would ever refer people to at this time

He is a very good man he's a people person who cares about his patience and he's very good at what he does he treats my Parkinson's disease for my eyes and he watches them closely and he is very good staff all friendly excellent but you can Stars 10
