When it comes to finding the right therapist it can be rather difficult, but the second I met Sean, I knew I found the right therapist. Sean created a safe relaxed space where all my problems were taken seriously. Sean is one of the easiest people to talk to. Sean has a great way of listening to what you have to say then finding a collaborative way to fix the problem. I looked forward to my session every week with him. Sean was not only a therapist to me, but he was like a great friend who I could look up to in many aspects and get his honest thoughts & opinions on anything life related. I never thought I would have the tools Sean has given me to deal with my personal anxieties and the anxieties brought on by the world. I truly appreciate everything Sean has done to help me. Sean saved my life, made me feel heard, made me feel validated, and most of all made me so comfortable! Sean cares about every single one of his clients. Sean is everything and more you can ask for in a therapist
