i found the staff and Seren Ainsworth to be very helpful. Every time I have messaged him, he has responded quickly and has always been very helpful.

I saw this doc in June of 2022 only because my regular doc had left this practice. He refused my request for PT or steroid injection for my neck pain because my blood pressure was high, and made no suggestions for other treatment. I left without any help and in severe pain. Luckily, the doc who had done my hip replacement agreed to do an intake, did an x-ray and an MRI, provided appropriate treatment including physical therapy, which Ainsworth had told me he would order, but did not. I had an old cervical injury, with severe misalignment, which can increase blood pressure and could have left me paralyzed without treatment. This guy did not listen and refused to provide appropriate care. I will never return to this practice.
