I waited 2 months for my first appointment. I turned down other jobs to keep my appointment. The day of our appointment, Serena Sherrill tells me "I can see you today but I'm leaving your insurance in a couple of weeks". Not only is this unprofessional and rude, it shows an extreme lack of understanding to patients who need consistency. Serena Sherrill doesn't even have basic empathy. How can she be a therapist?
