Serena Weidner, NPC

I would highly recommend Serena Weidner! I have been going here for a number of years. Always takes the time needed as well as answering all questions. Had a serious issue a couple of years ago. Was unable to treat my issue in the office. Required a specialist! Her recommendation and diagnosis was spot on. This practice is fortunate to have Serena Weidner on board.

I have visited Ms. Weidner two times. On both occasions she was polite and professional in nature. My wait did not seem longer than any other wait I would have had at a specialist. Ms. Weidner did not make me feel rushed at either appointment I attended, so perhaps what others have described as long waits were actually her list ending to her patients... My experience was a good one and she did something most dermatologists don’t. She was actually listened to what I wanted! I recommend you give her a try.

Waste of time. My daughter has was treated as if she was irrelevant. Not offered any suggestions, etc to improve her skin. As if she couldn't afford or wasn't worth her time. Never again.

The worst practitioner to which I've been.

I visited this location three times and dealt with Serena, and after she treated myself and my son without any sense of respect, she treated all of my concerns with a, "not my problem," attitude. At my last appointment, Serena told me that she was unwilling to do anything else to help me, even though I've only seen her 3 times including the initial consult. Finally, I would never recommend her for her lack of concern for her patient, as well as her unprofessional attitude.
