The doctor and the receptionist are fantastic. The doctor was very thorough explaining the hearing aid, which one was the best for me, very honest he did not pick the most expensive he picked the one that was the best for me. The receptionist saved me money by telling me to bring my hearing test I just had done with me. Everything was explained on my level making it very easy to understand they even went as far as explaining financing the hearing aids and did the paperwork for me couldn’t ask for a better group I would recommend them to anybody.

The whole experience was great, from making the appt, to arriving and going right in to see the doctor. He was very thorough in his examination and explaining the options, prices and financing options. They also contact your insurance to find out what, if any, benefits you have towards the hearing aids. I highly recommend them.

All together a very thorough and rewarding process. Serge took the time to make sure that my devices were going to be appropriate for me and also the time to explain in great detail how to get the most benefit from them. I also appreciate that Serge stayed late after appointments to help me get my hearing aids tuned in and available to me in anticipation of a holiday. Wholeheartedly recommend hus services
