I went to see Dr Frankyl on June 6. He told me he would call me in 2 weeks with blood lab results and what we would do for my condition. I asked him before I left if I needed to call them; he said they would contact me. It is July 30 and I have yet to hear from him or his office. I’ve tried calling his office twice, and there was no answer. I’d might as well have driven down the road and let $400 fly out the window! Never been so disappointed in a medical visit.
