Shanedolyn Grover, NP

I went to Dr. Grover after years of chronic pain. I left my former gastro due to an insurance change. She insisted it was IBS after I explained to her in detail that I have no IBS patterns or symptoms. She did not exam me or touch me once. She rushed me and was cold. She put in an order for only a scan since I already had prior testing. I got no type of follow-up after my scan. She insisted I take IBS medication. I took the medication she prescribed in hopes it would be some type of miracle, instead it made my symptoms worse. I have not heard from her in almost a year. I recently had emergency surgery and found out this pain was chronic appendicitis. I had a diagnostic laparoscopy done along with the appendectomy, and there was significant amounts of scar tissue from years of chronic inflammation in the area to confirm this. She is the most careless and ignorant doctor I have ever come across.

Great PA! She took her time and asked all the appropriate questions of my mother. She was genuinely concerned about my mom's wellbeing. I am very glad we found her.

General GI visit. She didn't examine me, didn't even TOUCH me. Spent about 8 min. in the room, where all she did was order a colonoscopy. She then tried to make it diagnostic, so I'd be charged $750 out of pocket. My actual dr had to reschedule if as a screening because THAT is what it was. She's now trying to get MORE money out of me just for the appt, even though I paid the $60 co pay already. Over $350 for 8 min of nothing. She's NOTHING but a thief. HORRIBLE.
