Unprofessional and damaging. I saw an attorney hand her something in court; not sure if it was a check or a note of some sort, before she stood to testify and sure enough she disregarded abuse that was clearly going on and sided with the abuser. I wouldn’t dare recommend her to anyone that is sincerely trying to find help.

She is a very kind person and has bonded with my child, but I am disappointed with her organization and communication. We have had only 4 appointments with her, 2 of them she has forgotten to write down after scheduling with me. She committed to calling after each appointment to review after meeting with my child - she has forgotten to call after 1/2 of the appointments as well.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Bradshaw for a few months and has really bonded with her. Shannon has also giving us some great tips on how to manage and deal with her.
