She doesn't care

Ms. Carey does not touch me during visits or 'exams', she does not diagnose with multiple symptoms, she does not return phone calls or put in timely referrals or forward approved requisitions on to the hospital so I can get them scheduled. She does not refill prescriptions without hassle and it taking over a week. She never is regretful about these occurrences. I now see she has misinformation in my file which is maddening. She doesn't care.
