RIGHT FROM THE START, MAKING THE APPOINTMENT, THE YOUNG LADY THAT WAS HELPING ME WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE OF MY POSSIBLE PROBLEMS AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS WITHOUT A HITCH...TWO WEEKS LATER I’M IN SHANNON’S OFFICE TAKING A VERY EXTENSIVE HEARING TEST...SHE EXPLAINED ALL MY OPTIONS AND LET ME PICK THE ONE IN MY PRICE RANGE...NO PRESSURE...TEN DAYS LATER I HAD NEW AIDS THAT I LOVE. ..ONE WEEK LATER A FOLLOW UP TO MAKE A SMALL ADJUSTMENT AND SOME EXTRA BATTERIES AND WAX GUARDS...ALL AND ALL, VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE...HIGHLY RECOMMEND....

Dr. Gower is outstanding. She assisted me through the progressive decline in my hearing and encouraged me to consider cochlear implantation. As a severely deaf woman of 70, I am eternally grateful for her caring and professional approach to hearing loss.

Shannon did a great job of assessing my hearing loss and fitting/tuning my first set of hearing aids. I can't believe just how much difference they make - I can hear my family and office mates better, hear everything at church, hear more of the instrumentation and music in the community band I play in, and I don't miss large portions of live theater and music events I attend for the first time in years. Thanks Shannon!!!
