I started seeing Shannon in February of this year and i was very skeptical considering that was my 1st time going to therapy. She was very inviting and had the vibe of 'warm and you don't have to afraid'. That's what i was looking for in a therapist. The only reason why i didn't want to go to therapy was because i was scared that they would call my 'crazy' and send me to the loony bin or say they can't help me. Trust me she is anything but like that. She doesn't judge for any reason.
