My husband sees Shannon each month and I go with him as he doesn't hear very well. She is always very caring and genuinely interested in how he is doing. Many times she has offered suggestions that help him deal with the chronic pain that he has suffered with for years. She has always been very caring and understanding. I would highly recommend Shannon.

Shannon is absolutely wonderful and best back. Office medical assistant that nevada comprehensive pain has ever had! Her trigger point injections are painless and last a long time. She is one of the main reasons I continue to go back to Nv Comprehensive pain clinic.. She is the most professional qualified person other than the doctor at this practice and I HIGHLY recommend her

Shannon takes her time and explains everything. Very caring person and you can tell she is so knowledgeable in her work. I had really bad neck pain, she has helped me so much.. I highly recommend her. She is the best!

Finally… someone worth seeing.
Shannon greeted us with respect and treated myself and my Caregiver with dignity. She listened; then took charge… as she went through past medical notes, to discuss and update each item previously discussed between myself and the last 3 different providers seen here. She was a breath of fresh air. I am hoping to continue seeing Shannon on a “regular basis”, so that I do not need to look for a New and Competent, not cocky “Pain Management Doctor”.

Shannon is an excellent pain practitioner!
Shannon is such a welcome addition to Nevada Comprehensive Pain Center. She actually takes the time to truly listen and talk with you about how your current pain levels are doing at every single visit! She has such wonderful empathy for the challenges a pain patient faces! She clearly explains the recommendations she has to assist in improving your pain levels, whenever you might need such a change! She’ll adjust your treatment plan accordingly! Highly recommended!

Shannon is amazing
I saw Shannon at my pain doctor appointment today and I just thought she was amazing to work with. She took the time to explain everything to me and also made sure I understood everything she was telling me. She was a real breath of fresh air and is the best provider I used at the Center for wellness and pain. I would recommend her to anyone dealing with major pain problems.

Very knowledgeable
Shannon saw me under very stressful circumstances. She is the first medical professional to understand my condition and help me understand options. She is friendly and easy to talk to. I came to Shannon due to an insurance change. I feel much more comfortable having to change doctors now that I have met her. I was happy with my previous provider and even happier with Shannon. I feel heard and seen in her care.

PA Shannon was very arrogant with her approach she didn’t care really to help or understand the severe pain I am going thru. She just asked questions about information that she already had in my records. In the end of the discussion she said that I can’t help you with any medicine.
