Shannon Treptow, NP

I had been under Dr Winter’s care and was completely satisfied. Then they switched me over the Shannon for my continued care. From the first visit, she treated me as a parolee and not like a patient. She made lots of stigmatized assumptions and didn’t really care about my condition. After being a long time patient, I immediately found a different clinic after one visit with Shannon. She is nothing more than a judgemental gatekeeper. Avoid at all costs.

God awful She treated me as though I didn't need anything. She told me that I take everything I should be on so I should feel better. I'm a veteran who has been in pain for years and need some help. No ome cares about helping patients feel better anymore its all about keeping opioids away from people.....but some people need them. I'm damaged goods due to years of service to my country, heaven forbid I can go buy groceries and do anything else that day. I can't when I'm done I feel to bad. Thanks a lot lady.....and support our troops my @$$.

WORST BED SIDE MANNERS! Shannon was immediately rude to me as soon as she sat down. Didn’t want to listen to me. She brought me to tears. Told me what was wrong with me and that I needed Lyrica. Nope! I went to the Mayo Clinic and was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis. I now see pain management in Colorado and they take amazing care of me. Shannon does not belong in the medical field. She makes you feel like you’re lying... shame on her!

What a waste of time. Questioned all the things that have helped, recommended all the things I’ve tried that haven’t helped or cannot physically do, and quoted literature at me. Anyone can memorize statistics but if you can’t tell me how/why things work, you shouldn’t be in patient care. Referred me to info on a website not written or reviewed by professionals. No wonder I got an appointment so quickly. Never again.

She's terrible, acts like a trained monkey, cannot think outside of the box.

She is rude and does not have any compassion at all for the patient. I would not recommend her to anyone. I have never been to a doctor that was like this. She does not belong in the medical field.

She was extremely rude to me during my visit, refused to look at any of my previous records, or the giant packet they make you fill out prior to your first appointment. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.

She doesn't listen to the patients concerns or a real doctors recommendations. She just does what she thinks is best and to heck with how you feel or how bad you hurt. If possible find someone else.
