I wanted this place to be a good fit for our family but I was absolutely disappointed. The wait was long even with an appointment. The visit wasn't great. About a week later I needed a refill for an ointment for my son, it was so difficult to reach the medical assistant. When I finally talked to her, she said she would ask the doctor for a refill. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK like she said she would. With how difficult it was to get a hold of her in the first place, I just took my son somewhere else. I felt like they didn't care.
