Sharion is an amazing down to earth practitioner. She actually listens to her patients. I wasn’t going to stay as a patient after the dr was changed, but having Ms Brown as my NP has helped me find different ways to manage my pain and she doesn’t make me feel bad for having these pains. Highly recommend.

If I could rate this individual as ZERO stars, that would be more accurate. Absolutely terrible. By far the worst excuse for patient care in my entire life. Her sarcastic and unhelpful demeanor was just the start of the issue. But my health and income suffered as a result of her negligence. Suffice to say that I am filing a complaint with the US Pain Foundation, the AMA, the Joint Commission on Safety Concern, and I will be absolutely be contacting the Ohio State Medical Licensing Board and requesting an official investigation be launched as it relates to Nurse Practitioner, Sharion Brown-Jones' objectivity as it relates to patient care. Additionally, I have contacted Prime MD corporate office/Human Resources division, to launch a complaint with them as well, and make them aware of the forthcoming ramifications of Ms. Brown-Jones' conduct. Unprofessional. Disrespectful. An absolute disgrace to medicine.
