Beware
Sharon was part of my care team with my second pregnancy. I loathed going to appts knowing she was the scheduled provider that day. She didn't answer my questions and never put me at ease. I did ask if I could not be scheduled with her anymore, but that wasn't a possibility as patients had to float through every provider during their pregnancy. After delivery, she checked on me the next day and I asked for advice with latching and breastfeeding. She couldn't offer any advice because 'she's never had children' (her words). At 6 week follow-up I chose to get an IUD. She messed up and it got stuck in my uterine wall. I didn't get an apology, she just said 'this never happens' and left the room. This caused me to bleed for 66 days and I had to return to see the main doctor and have him try again. I strongly recommend you seek care elsewhere if Sharon Lytle is on staff at the practice you're attending.

Grateful for her gentle midwifery care & patience. Sharon is a gem for my natural birth-seeking doula clients. Working with Sharon gives us as close to a home birth experience as possible. Keep up the good work!~Laura Meyer @SarasotaBirth

Lacks compassion and sincerity. She was there for the delivery of my first child and what should have been a special moment was ruined. Luckily my baby was perfectly healthy but my experience with her was awful. Completely cold, fake and uncaring.
