She canceled 3 out of the 4 first appointments I had with her and her excuse was always that there was traffic. You'd think after working at the same place for so many years she would know to leave early to take traffic into consideration. On the last appointment we had scheduled she was 20 minutes late. When I contacted her to see if she had forgotten, she said she would be another 20 minutes. This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional.
